Job Description:

We seek an energetic and enthusiastic Mobile Tire Technician Apprentice to join our fast-paced, dynamic team. This is a unique opportunity for a mechanically inclined individual eager to learn and grow in a hands-on, fast-paced environment. As an Apprentice, you will work directly under the supervision of our experienced Technicians, delivering outstanding tire services straight to our customers’ doors.

Responsibilities:

1. Assisting in performing tire services, including installation, balancing, rotation, and repairing passenger and light truck tires.
2. Operating various hand and power tools related to tire maintenance and repair.
3. Performing vehicle inspections and communicating findings to senior technicians.
4. Assisting with customer inquiries, explaining services and procedures, and ensuring the customer is satisfied with the work performed.
5. Maintaining clean and safe working environments in the service vehicles and at job sites.
6. Complying with all safety regulations, protocols, and company policies.
   

Qualifications:

1. High School Diploma or equivalent.
2. Valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record.
3. Interest in automotive services and willingness to learn.
4. Good physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
5. Excellent communication skills and a strong customer service orientation.
6. Ability to work independently and in team settings.
7. Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
