With the successful launch of our mobile units over a decade ago, we are now expanding our service offering with a static location. We seek a driven and dynamic Sales and Service Manager to join our growing team.

Job Summary:

The Sales and Service Manager will be the first point of contact for client care and be responsible for guiding the service team. This role requires a customer-focused individual with strong leadership skills who can inspire and manage a team to deliver exceptional service while driving the profitability of our new venture.

Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the daily operations of the store, ensuring efficient and superior service.
2. Develop and execute strategies to achieve sales targets.
3. Monitor customer feedback and resolve complaints to maintain high customer satisfaction.
4. Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to attract new clients.
5. Track inventory levels and order stock as necessary.
6. Uphold company standards and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Qualifications:

1. Minimum two years of experience in sales management, preferably in the automotive industry.
2. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
3. Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
4. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle and resolve conflicts effectively.
5. Solid understanding of inventory management.
6. Proficient in Google Suite and Point of Sale (POS) software.
7. Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
