Job Overview:

We seek an organized, reliable, proactive Office Manager to join our dynamic team. The Office Manager will be crucial in streamlining our operations and maintaining our commitment to superior customer service.



  1. Coordinate and oversee office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  2. Manage agendas, appointments, and arrangements for upper management.
  3. Handle customer inquiries and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
  4. Support team members with administrative tasks.
  5. Manage records and databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
  6. Monitor office expenses and budget.
  7. Assist in the planning and execution of company events.
  8. Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering, and security services. 


  1. Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar administrative role.
  2. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and Office management software.
  3. Exemplary planning and time management skills.
  4. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  5. Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  6. High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  7. Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a relevant field is a plus.
